Return & Exchange Policy

Store Credit Only!

  • We want you to love your new purchase. However, we only offer exchanges and store credit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email sales@rickibrazil.com within 48 hours of receipt of parcel delivery.

 

  • The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt.  The item(s) must be in its original condition ( BLACK SECURITY TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED). Items that do not meet our return criteria are non-returnable and will be refused, and returned to sender.

 

When will my order ship?

  • Flat rate/free shipping orders are shipped 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date purchased. 
  • Priority shipping 3-4 business days from the date purchased. 
  • International orders are shipped 3-4 business days (Monday-Friday) from the date purchased.

 

Do you offer express shipping?

  • Yes, Next day express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for orders placed by 12 noon EST (MONDAY-THURSDAY) If orders are placed after 12 noon EST the parcel will depart the following day. We do not offer Saturday delivery for express parcels.

 

Pre-order/Back-ordered Shipments

  • Pre-order & Back-ordered items are unavailable for express/priority  shipping. Please refer to the item description for pre-order/back-ordered delivery time frame(s).
