What is the Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges and store credit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please email sales@rickibrazil.com within 48 hours of receipt of parcel delivery.

The item(s) must be returned within 7 days of receiving return information via email. The item(s) must be in its original condition ( unworn, and unwashed). Items that do not meet our return criteria are non-returnable and will be refused. Store Credit Only!

When will my order ship?

Flat rate/Free Shipping orders are shipped 5-7 business days from the date purchased Monday- Friday

Priority shipping 3-4 business days from the date purchased. 

Do we offer express shipping?

Yes, Next day express shipping (1-2 business days) is available for orders placed by 12 noon EST (MONDAY-THURSDAY) If an order is placed after 12 NOON EST the parcel will depart the following day. We do not offer Saturday delivery for express parcels.

Do we ship international?

Yes! We ship worldwide. International parcels are shipped 5-7 business days from the date purchased.

Pre-order/Back-ordered Shipments

Pre-order & Back-ordered items are unavailable for express shipping. Please refer to the item description for pre-order/back-ordered delivery date(s)

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Afterpay and Paypal for secure checkout.

How do I track my order?

Tracking confirmation is sent electronically via email 

Will I receive order confirmation?

Of course! once payment is confirmed an email will be sent to the email address associated with order information

What shipping outlets do you use? 

All orders are shipped via USPS. However, expedited & international orders are subject to ship via FedEx, DHL and USPS
